Our Story
Welcome to MainStage Dance Company — a fresh new name and look, with the same heart, passion, and staff you know and love!

Following a recent change in ownership, the transition to MainStage felt like the perfect opportunity to step into a bold new chapter. While our name has changed, our commitment to quality training, community, and the joy of dance remains stronger than ever.
MDC is a home away from home for both our dancers and instructors. We are here to help every dancer achieve the dreams and goals they’ve set for themselves!

Our Artistic Staff is made up of qualified instructors dedicated to creating positive experiences for all students. Many of our staff are former students who are now thriving in their passion for teaching the next generation of dancers. Each instructor specializes in one or more dance styles, helping to shape versatile, well-rounded performers. We challenge our dancers to improve each week in a loving, structured, and disciplined environment. The MDC staff is fully invested in seeing our dancers succeed — on and off the stage.

MDC offers a variety of programs to suit every dancer’s needs, including recreational classes, company programs, and focused technique training. We provide two studio-wide performance opportunities each year — our Winter Showcase and our Annual Recital — where dancers can proudly share their progress. Our company members also enjoy additional performance opportunities such as regional competitions, variety shows, and conventions. Regardless of the path they choose, all of our
dancers represent MDC with strength, grace, and passion.

Our Vision & Purpose
At MainStage Dance Company,
our vision is to create a dance community where every dancer — regardless of age, background, or experience — feels empowered, inspired, and seen. We strive to cultivate not only strong, versatile dancers but confident individuals who shine both on and off the stage. Through performance, discipline, and creativity, we aim to shape the next generation of artists and leaders. Our purpose is to provide high-quality dance education in a supportive, inclusive, and performance-driven environment. MainStage exists to make dance accessible, meaningful, and transformative for all who step into our studio.
Our Facility
Our facility features two lobbies, three dance studios, and an office.

Studio 1 (acro room) is equipped with professional grade mirrors, marley floors, tumbling mats, a tumble track, and crash mat.
​
Studio 2 (ballet room) is equipped with professional grade mirrors, marley floors, and bars.
​
Studio 3 (upstairs room) is equipped with professional grade mirrors, marley floors, and tumbling mats.
​
Our office is located upstairs. This is where we can assist with payments, class inquires, and any questions you may have.
